Return Policy
You can return your order for any reason within 90 days of placing it.
Please contact our customer service to request a return within this period. Do not return before contacting us, otherwise your return may be lost. We accept both refund requests and exchanges (size/color).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from return: intimate or sanitary articles, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Swap
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However, we do sometimes offer free size exchanges. If the product you ordered does not fit, please contact us and we will see what we can do. Exchanges of variants/colours/products must be done by the customer themselves by returning and reordering.
Cancellations
Cancellations cannot be done because our warehouse is fully automated and we buy shipping labels and send out products almost 12 hours after order. The order is already in transit and the customer has to wait for the package to arrive and then return it to us once the package arrives at their address. We are here to help.
However, sometimes we can change address details, sizes or variants at the last minute. If the customer notices something is wrong, he should contact us as soon as possible.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the incorrect item so we can evaluate and resolve the problem.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain amount of business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
