Return Policy

You can return your order for any reason within 90 days of placing it.

Contact our customer service within this period to request a return. Do not return your item before contacting us, otherwise your return may get lost. We accept both refund requests and exchanges (size/color).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned: intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However, we sometimes offer free size exchanges. Please contact us if the product you ordered does not fit, and we will see what we can do. Exchanges of variants/colors/products must be done by the customer by returning and reordering.

Cancellations
Cancellations cannot be carried out because our warehouse is fully automated, and nearly 12 hours after an order is placed, shipping labels are purchased and products are forwarded. The order is already on its way, and the customer must wait until the package arrives and then return it to us once it has been delivered to their address. We are here to help.

However, sometimes we may be able to change address details, sizes, or variants at the last moment. If the customer notices something is wrong, they must contact us as soon as possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
